Refund Policy
Everything in here is proprietary material and it downloads the moment you are in. You cannot take all of it and then ask for your money back, so there is no refund policy on this product. I would rather you know that now than after you buy.
The only real reason anybody asks for a refund on something like this is that they could not get the tools installed. If that turns out to be you, we will install them with you. Email us and a person answers until it is running on your own account. That is the fix, and it is not an issue. help@blackmusicstore.com

Gala and fundraiser tickets are refundable for the amount paid, less any processing fees* within 10 days of purchase.
